Coaching is very different from our retreats or workshops.
Many of the clients who have experienced these events with us have asked about working with us individually.
This page is to help you get a better understanding of the types of coaching Ally and David offer.
Coaching With Ally Stone
First of all I want to say that I love people.
That’s why I love coaching.
It’s not something I have to do, it’s something I choose to do, and I do it because of the deep connection I cultivate with others.
Leadership is my passion. I am a people focused leader, who believes that when we come from a place of our own authenticity we can create a beautiful experience of leadership not only for ourselves, but also those around us.
There will be times in our lives we can experience either a yearning for something more, or find ourselves off course, lost in the woods. When we recognize these moments in our lives and find a guide to help us move forward and/or get back on track, that is where meaningful and lasting change is created.
In my 15+ years as a partner with a multi-unit hospitality company, my role was one where I coached and mentored our leadership teams. When I began that journey I had no idea how deeply the leaders would impact my life. Their commitment to our coaching has inspired me to share this gift with other authentic leaders. I am a graduate of CTA (Coach Training Alliance), an internationally recognized coaching institution and have plans to pursue a Master Coaching Certification in the coming years.
My approach to coaching is authentic, honest, and curious. It is a co-creative process, meaning we are in this together. You can expect that I will support and challenge you, and create space for you to give yourself the gift of your own insight.
I believe in you, in your ability, and I am here to help guide you to uncovering your greatest potential. We are all leaders in our own unique way, it is my mission to help you become the type of leader that others love to follow.
The world needs authentic leaders now more than ever. Coaching provides an inside look at where we are and helps us to see the possibility that exists all around us.
If this connects with you, join me for a complementary discovery session to explore if working together is a good fit.
Coaching With David Irvine
Through my more than four decades as a family therapist and advisor to leaders, a robust, reflective, and real-world method of coaching that guides leaders to their own truth has emerged. The most important tool you have as a leader is the use of self. Thus, your own self-development presents an opportunity to examine your inner landscape in order to build the capacity to inspire and influence others.
My approach to coaching takes people beyond our retreats, online Masterclasses, presentations and books, and delves deeply and personally into the journey to authentic leadership – in a manner and depth that is right for you.
Whether you are in the midst of a major career change or life crisis, experiencing interpersonal conflict, dealing with unresolved trauma, want to improve the way you lead or relate to people and influence others in the midst of disruption, or simply need an accountability partner to help you stay on track, my uniquely customized coaching approach promises to be both honoring as well as life-changing. Together, we co-create a shared experience that will guide you to what you most need in your life and work, and provide a map for your development journey toward authentic living and leading.
HOW IT WORKS
My coaching approach and format is flexible and is customized to your needs. A meaningful and useful coaching methodology cannot be lockstep and linear – effective coaching never unfolds in quite that way.
Coaching sessions can be over the phone, by video calls, face-to-face, or a combination of all three.
We all have times in our life when we’re paddling in calm water and suddenly are sucked into the rapids. It can be challenging, frightening, and sometimes dangerous. Having a guide to help navigate the currents can make all the difference. I hope I can be that guide for you.
Contact me anytime to schedule a time to talk about individual coaching. In a half-hour, complimentary assessment, we will clarify how to best respond to your needs.
